WM’s Trafalgar Celebration Dinner
The Worshipful Master, his officers, and the brethren from the Lodge of Seafarers would like to extend an invitation to all brethren from other lodges, their Ladies and friends, whether they masons or not, to join them in celebration of their annual Trafalgar Night dinner. Celebrating the 218th anniversary of the Battle of Trafalgar.
What to Expect
During the evening, there will be appropriate toasts and readings, nautical background music and probably some out-of-tune singing (it’s a tradition).
We have booked the Shanty Singers from Pill (A small number of the OWLS of Pill) to lead the singing.
There will also be the inventible raffle – for which contributions on the day will be most welcome.
This event will help raise funds for our Masonic and non-Masonic charities alike. And the WM hopes you will be able to support his year’s fundraising.

Please complete the online booking form or download a printable form (opposite), and in both cases, your booking must be received by 30th September 2023, at the very latest. Tickets are £27 per person.
The Meal
THE MEAL will comprise a Four Course Menu of a starter of Stilton & Broccoli Soup; the main course of traditional English Roast Beef, Yorkshires, Roast Potatoes, Carrots, Cabbage and Horseradish Sauce & Gravy; a dessert of Apple Crumble & Custard; and finally, a Cheese Board & Biscuits. Port will be passed following the Cheese Board and After Grace. (Please keep your Port for the toasts) Here’s a link to the Menu.

Seating will be designed around the numbers attending. Please indicate your seating preferences on the booking form, which will be met wherever possible.

Dress
Formal, similar to a Ladies Festival, namely – Mess Undress or DJs with black ties, both with miniatures. No. 1 Uniform with bow tie & medals (not Masonic jewels). Evening or cocktail dress for the Ladies.
