Roast carrot, lentil and coriander soup and bread (v, ve gf)
Smooth chicken and brandy parfait, onion marmalade and toast
Salmon and dill rillette, baby leaves and honey mustard dressing
Melon with mixed berries and ginger drizzle (v, gf, ve)
Main dishes
Hand-carved turkey breast with
Bacon-wrapped sausage, stuffing and pan roast gravy.
Roasted vegetable filo parcel served with a green peppercorn sauce (v).
Slow-cooked pork belly with maple and port jus.
Baked cod loin with ratatouille, tomato & basil
All severed with festive vegetables and potatoes
(Gluten-free, dairy free and vegan available on request)
Desserts
Christmas pudding and chef’s brandy sauce.
Raspberry and Amaretto cheesecake trifle.
Cheese selection, biscuits, grapes, and chutney.

Dress
Informal, usually lounge suits or jackets and trousers for the gentlemen and smart casual for the ladies.
Seating
Seating will be designed around the numbers attending. Please indicate your seating preferences on the booking form, which will be met wherever possible.
During the afternoon, there will be appropriate toasts and readings, background festive music and out-of-tune carol singing (a tradition). There will also be the inventible raffle – for which contributions on the day will be most welcome.
This event will help raise funds for our Masonic and non-Masonic charities alike. And the WM hopes you can support his year’s fundraising.
